Acceptable Use Policy

The short version: Use Picker Radar the way it's intended — to scan items and make better resale decisions. Don't try to scrape it, abuse it, or upload harmful content. This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Picker Radar service operated by Qualuxe Goods LLC. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.


1. Intended Use

Picker Radar is designed for individual thrift-store resellers to scan potential inventory items and look up comparable sold pricing on eBay. You agree to use the Service only for this intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 No Scraping or Automated Extraction

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service, extract data, or interact with the Service at scale. This includes:

2.2 No Redistribution of Comp Data

The eBay sold-comp data surfaced by Picker Radar is retrieved and processed by us under agreements with our data vendors. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or make systematic copies of comp data obtained through the Service, whether through the UI or any API endpoint.

2.3 No Harmful or Illegal Content

You may not upload content that:

2.6 No Security Testing Without Permission

You may not probe, scan, penetration-test, or otherwise attempt to identify security vulnerabilities in the Service without our prior written permission. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to support@pickerradar.com rather than exploiting it.

2.7 No Overloading the Service

You may not take actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service's infrastructure, including bulk-uploading large volumes of images faster than the UI would allow under normal use.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may:

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, or if you have found a security issue, please report it to support@pickerradar.com. For copyright infringement, follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy.


5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
